We will inspect and test your floor to find the most efficient solution/s to your floor coating requirements. We will always discuss with you all the options and help you to make the best choice.

Floor Sanding

Our expert craftsmen are highly skilled and experienced with the finer points of floor sanding. For superior results we perform three grades of sanding: rough, medium and fine. In the process, we continuously check for cracks, countersink nails, etc. After sanding, we vacuum the room/s thoroughly and then we buff the floor using a fine abrasive paper to help tighten the wood grain before applying the finish.

Unlike other Floor Sanding Specialists we don’t damage walls, skirting boards and doors during Floor Sanding and Polishing. We take great pride in our work.

Applying Finish

We will apply 3 coats of polyurethane clear, with a floor finish as per your request.

We can also change the colour of your floor (variety of colours available), by applying a direct stain.
