Do you need to do any prep?
Before any floor system is installed concrete surface must be prepared. We diamond grind concrete floor to ensure product adhesion.

How long would it last?
Polyurea is one of the toughest floor coating products available on the market today. It’s adhesion and abrasion resistance properties are far superior to most other coatings. But if your concrete slab has any structural problems or any issues with moisture such as rising damp or build up of hydrostatic pressure the lifespan of your coating may be affected. We also must highlight that if the floor is kept clean it would last for many years, but on the other hand if it is kept untidy with loose objects lying around the floor may get damaged. Pebbles, sand, rocks and a like sitting on your floor surface will eventually start acting as an abrasion material when caught under car tires.
