The key to any successful floor coating is a thorough floor preparation. New and old concrete floors must be diamond ground to achieve the best results. This process increases concrete porosity allowing floor coatings to bond to it.
We offer 2 types of concrete floor polishing: Grind and Seal and Mechanical Polishing. Both types offer stone exposure. Grind and Seal uses polyurethane as a top coat while mechanical polishing offers floor finish similar to granite and marble bench tops.
All products we use are resistant to hot tires, oils, petrol, stains and mild acids. They are high built and very high in solids with some products volume reaching 100%.
Non slip floors have slip resistance certification to AS/NZS 4586:1999

Two pack epoxies have been widely used to seal concrete floors for decades. But now there is a new product on the market - POLYUREA FLOOR COATINGS. Made in USA this material is far more durable than traditional epoxy. SO what is Polyurea?

You need to consider if your floor will be exposed to UV light, if moisture level of your concrete floor is within the norm and if the area will be exposed to accidental acid spills"
